When you request an offer we collect the vehicle details you enter, your name, phone number, email address if provided, the ZIP code where the vehicle sits, any photos you upload, and standard technical data such as your browser type, referring page, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived from.
How we use it
We use your information only to quote your vehicle, schedule pickup, complete the purchase and required Michigan salvage paperwork, respond to your questions, and improve our own advertising performance. We do not sell your personal information to lead brokers or other car buyers.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that operate this site and our phone and messaging systems, with our own tow drivers, and where required by law or by the State of Michigan for salvage title reporting.
Calls, texts, and recordings
Calls to and from our tracked numbers may be recorded for quality and training. If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete or correct your information at any time by calling (248) 555-0100 or emailing cash@acmejunkcarbuyers.com. We keep purchase records as long as Michigan salvage regulations require.
